About this Project
Hazvic’s services were engaged by a building development company to assist with the demolition and environmental works on their service stations’ site at Box Hill Victoria for the preparation of the development of apartments.
Hazvic completed this major project in 2011. Hazvic demolished and removed services station buildings and associated infrastructures at the site including all underground storage tanks (USTs) which had to be removed and backfilled under strict Hazvic supervision.
Massive amount of concrete were also processed and transported for recycling. The USTs ranged in size from 10,000 litres to 50,000 litres in capacities and all were successfully removed and recycled. All of the excavated soil and mounded fill material on the site was relocated and replaced under Hazvic supervision and then machine rolled.

This project highlights the efficiencies of having an organization like Hazvic trough its contractors undertake the works under limited budget and timeframe. Please refer to our website for a reference letter provided by this client.
