About this Project
A Leading Melbourne Property organization recently engaged Hazvic to assist with the site demolition and environmental-related and remediation works on the site of their latest landmark development at West Melbourne.
Hazvic helped this client to treat excavated soil materials onsite. Hazvic excavated and validated the impacted soil at this site and treated the stockpile soils. Through this process Hazvic made a massive saving on disposal costs for the client.
Hazvic completed this major project in 2012. Hazvic demolished and removed services station buildings and associated infrastructures at the site including all underground storage tanks (USTs) which had to be removed and backfilled under strict Hazvic supervision. Vast amount of concretes were also processed and transported for recycling. The USTs ranged in size from 5,000 litres to 20,000 litres in capacities and all were successfully removed and recycled. All of the excavated soil and mounded fill material on the site was relocated and replaced under Hazvic supervision and then machine rolled.
