Projects- ESA & Soil Works
Glenroy- Environmental site assessment.
Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) was carried out at a major petroleum facility at Glenroy by drilling and sampling of soil bores and groundwater wells and compared with historical site information. This work helped our client to identify the issue and helped with the overall decision making process. The work was performed in accordance with the EPA publications and recommended by Australian Standard AS4482 – 2005, the guide to the sampling and investigation of potentially contaminated soil.

Plumpton- Environmental site assessment.
A leading Melbourne Property developer engaged Hazvic to assist with ESA of their 2.5 ha property at Plumpton, Victoria. The area was assessed to ascertain the classification of some imported fill materials with reference to EPA VIC Guidelines. Hazvic tailor made a cost effective solution through efficient sampling procedures. Based on this procedure and further statistical analysis of soil laboratory results, Hazvic helped the client to validate, excavate and dispose the contaminated soil to a licensed landfill facility.
