Plumpton Project

A leading Melbourne Property development company engaged Hazvic to assist with ESA of their 2.5 ha property at Plumpton, Victoria. The area was assessed to ascertain the classification status of some imported fill materials with reference to EPA Victoria ‘Industrial Waste Resource Guidelines (2009)’.

Hazvic helped the client to come up with a cost effective solution through efficient sampling procedures as set out by EPA Victoria IWRG #621. Based on this procedure and further statistical analysis of soil laboratory results, Hazvic helped the client to validate, excavate and dispose the contaminated soil at the area under question to a licensed landfill facility.
